 shrinking of the cryosphere\,\nwith mass loss from ice sheets and glaciers
  (very high confidence)\, reductions in snow cover\n(high confidence) and 
 Arctic sea ice extent and thickness (very high confidence)\, and increased
 \npermafrost temperature (very high confidence)."\n\n"Land provides the pr
 incipal basis for human livelihoods and well-being\nincluding the supply o
 f food\, freshwater and multiple other ecosystem services\, as well\nas bi
 odiversity. Human use directly affects more than 70% (likely 69-76%) of th
 e global\,\nice-free land surface (high confidence). Land also plays an im
 portant role in the climate\nsystem."\n\nIf you would like to hear more ab
