DESCRIPTION:This talk relates to the analysis of L2 stability and performa
nce for networks of dynamical systems involving asynchronous sampled-data
links. An input-output approach will be presented in terms of integral qua
dratic constraints (IQCs). These are used to encapsulate the structured un
certain time-varying delay associated with the link class considered. In p
articular\, the IQCs for a link are parametrized by bounds on the variable
inter-sample interval at the source and the relative asynchrony of zero-o
rder-hold updates at the sink. Verification of the resulting analysis cond
itions for network stability and performance can be posed as a finite-dime
 nsional convex optimization problem.
