DESCRIPTION:Eye gaze controlled interfaces allow control of a user interfa
 ce by following users’ eye gaze. This talk will present three case studi
 es on eye gaze controlled systems for automotive\, aviation and assistive 
 user interface design. Our research involved developing intelligent algori
 thms to control augmented and virtual reality based user interfaces throug
 h eye gaze of users and automatically estimate cognitive load from ocular 
 parameters. Our proposed solutions involve state space search algorithms a
 nd comparison among different machine learning models. I shall briefly des
 cribe applications on developing an interactive Head Up Display for cars i
 n collaboration with Faurecia Group\, eye gaze controlled Head Mounted Dis
 play system development in collaboration with Indian Air Force and various
  Indian defense agencies and inclusive communication aid and human robot i
 nterface design for users with severe speech and motor impairment in colla
 boration with Microsoft Corporation.
