 is an Associate Professor in the Business School at Beijing Normal Univers
 ity. Dr Guo has a PhD in Economics from the University of Colorado.\nAs us
 ual\, this meeting is open to anyone. No technical knowledge of or prior e
 xperience of taxation is required.
