 itute of Continuing Education to bring you this event with Dr Alex Carter 
 of the University of Cambridge\, where he will explore the ways in which c
 reativity can be fostered in your organisation\, and the ways in which it 
 cannot.\n\nIncreasingly\, business leaders are hearing and saying a lot ab
 out creativity. These discussions are driven\, at least in part\, by the p
 erceived threat of automation and a corresponding motivation to develop so
 ft skills\, such as collaboration\, communication and creativity. Creativi
 ty is not just a way to ‘future-proof’ your career\; it also promises 
 organisations the means to gain from disorder (anti-fragility). In these u
 ncertain times\, creativity is in very high demand.\nJoin us and ICE for a
