DESCRIPTION:It is said that our beliefs and experiences are the ‘coloure
 d glasses’ through which we see the world. If this is the case\, we have
  the potential to become aware of our glasses and change them. Situations 
 that ordinarily caused stress\, could be seen more objectively. Is there a
  perspective that sees things as they are? Is there a way of seeing which 
 allows for more acceptance and less stress?\n
