DESCRIPTION:Cosmological perturbation theory is an important theoretical p
 illar \nin the development and success of modern cosmology. Using the ADM 
 (3+1) formulation of Einstein's gravity a perturbation analysis valid to f
 ully nonlinear and exact order is possible. Being fully nonlinear and exac
 t it includes any order perturbation expansion as well as the post-Newtoni
 an approximation. We will explain some consequences of this formulation in
  cosmology and astrophysics. A related work we have devoted during our sta
 y in DAMTP will be explained as well.
