DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will review the construction of O(N) vector m
 odels above four dimensions\, and explain why one might think that\, in fi
 ve dimensions\, there should exist O(N)-invariant CFTs at sufficiently lar
 ge N.  However\, a closer look at these constructions reveals that the CFT
 s are non-unitary because instanton effects lead to small imaginary parts 
 of scaling dimensions and OPE coefficients.
