DESCRIPTION:We will devote the reading group to a "best of ICLR 2020" sess
 ion. The idea is that each group member who attended ICLR virtually presen
 ts one or two topics he/she found particularly interesting at the conferen
 ce. This can be specific papers\, workshops\, tutorials\, panel sessions\,
  etc. Given that this is the first major ML conference that was held virtu
 ally\, we would also like to get some feedback from attendees. We hope to 
 have a small discussion after the presentations.
