DESCRIPTION:As we enter Mental Health Awareness Week (18-24 May 2020) – 
 Take an intentional pause.\n\nThe theme is Kindness.\n\nIn our unique circ
 umstances amidst our ‘new normal’ – Join us for the next four weeks\
 , for our free 30 minutes weekly sessions\, which are open to everyone.\n\
 nResearch has shown mindfulness is effective in reducing stress and anxiet
 y. Overall\, practice leads to decreased psychological markers of stress i
 n a range of populations. \n\nAll are welcome\, and no prior experience is
