DESCRIPTION:Research into visual programming languages has quietly died in
  recent years. In this talk I will look briefly at previous visual program
 ming language work\, and identify areas of success. I will then describe w
 ork-in-progress to create a VPL for web application development\, and what
  new innovations I hope to demonstrate.
