DESCRIPTION:<I>Traditionally\, biological systems are modelled by determin
 istic models.\nHowever\, biochemical reacting systems which involve small 
 number of\nmolecules of certain species may not be adequately modelled by 
 a\ndeterministic differential equations. Stochastic models\, in form of ju
 mp\nprocesses or stochastic differential equations\, have been proposed in
 stead\nfor analyzing such systems(Gillespie1976\, Gillespie 1977).\n\n\nAi
 m of this project is to gain some insight of the stochastic behavior in\nb
 iochemical systems and their comparison to the deterministic models in\npe
 rforming parameter inference and model selection.</I>\n
