DESCRIPTION:Libraries in Cambridge and indeed across the world have been c
losed since March. This PHaSS session is envisaged as an opportunity for l
ibrary staff to learn about humanities researchers’ needs and worries ab
out access to resources as closure continues and explain some of the possi
bilities and restrictions the library is likely to have in the future. We
hope to start a discussion about how the library might best help SPRI’s
humanities and social science researchers\, continuing Johanne Bruun’s r
ecent presentation on research without access to your ‘field’\, to rec
ognise the imperative and developing need for library and archive services
. The session is also an opportunity to engage with how these questions of
access to information and knowledge are relevant to the case of decolonis
 ing the library.
