DESCRIPTION:There are several long-standing discrepancies between observab
les in b->c semileptonic decays and their Standard Model predictions. Ther
e is also a long-standing tension between inclusive and exclusive determin
ations of Vcb\, the latter being obtained from these same decays. At the s
ame time a wealth of new experimental information in these decays is becom
ing available\, and thus it is a challenge to the theory community to keep
pace with these developments. Here I will review the state-of-the-art in
lattice QCD simulations addressing these issues. After reviewing the statu
s of B->D(*) form factors and measurements I will discuss in more detail n
ew results from HPQCD that treat the 'b' quark fully relativistically.
