 John Milton \n\n\nIn this course we will explore our emotions\, reactions\
 , personality\, thoughts\, attitudes and dreams which are all influenced b
 y the mind\, and seek to know more about this invaluable subject. \n\n \n\
 nThis online course is based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation phil
 osophy as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK).  Raja Yoga is a deep and practica
 l study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an underst
 anding of the spiritual laws that govern us all. \n\n\nThere will be live 
 sketch presentations\, guided meditation practices as well as an opportuni
 ty for discussion and questions.\n\nAs with all our events this is free
