 ave...even though personality is largely independent of gender. These expe
 ctations make it difficult for people to "be themselves" and as a conseque
 nce it's difficult to find the right partner.  The Science of Personality 
 Matching is based in Matrix Psychology\, a wide reaching system that can a
 pply to self management and self development\, physical and mental health.
 ..even business performance and team management.  However\, our discussion
  will focus on a slightly more romantic goal...matchmaking!\n\nAudience pa

 !\n\nBio: Dr Liz Miller is a medical doctor and qualified psychologist. Dr
 . Miller started her career as a neurosurgeon and has worked in a number o
 f different specialties. She has written academic papers on a range of sub
 jects from neurosurgery to medical audit and currently writes for a number
  of publications\, including the Guardian and Mental Health Today. Her lon
 g term interest is campaigning to change attitudes towards mental health w
 ithin the medical profession.\n\n
