DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will discuss the symmetry enhancement of a cl
 ass of 4d N=1 theories and its relations to the duality and the chiral rin
 g relation of marginal operators. Using those relations as guiding princip
 les\, I find a new family of 4d N=1 USp(2n) theories enjoying interesting 
 symmetry enhancement in the IR. Those models are constructed with one trac
 eless antisymmetric and eight fundamental chiral multiplets\, and extra ga
 uge singlets interacting via particular superpotentials. I will show they 
 exhibit emergent IR symmetries including E6\, SO(10)\, SO(9)\, SO(8) and F
 4.
