DESCRIPTION:First principles calculations show\, in agreement with\nexperi
 ments\, that undoped LaOFeAs is antiferromagnetic\,\nand that it becomes n
 on magnetic at a critical electron\ndoping. In the doped non-magnetic phas
 e\, the increase\nin separation between the As and Fe planes\, during the\
 nvibration of the $A_{1g}$ phonon\, reintroduces an\noscillatory non-colli
 near magnetism in the Fe atoms.\nThis coupling of magnetism with vibration
 s induces\nanharmonicities and an electron-phonon interaction much\nlarger
  than in the pure paramagnetic case. We propose\nthat such enhanced intera
 ctions play an essential role\nin superconducting compounds close to an at
 iferromagnetic\nphase transition.
