 d innovative methods for quickly reaching and responding to tens of thousa
 nds of citizens to address their questions and concerns on the pandemic.\n
 \nThis talk will identify the particular challenges faced in both countrie
 s during the pandemic\, the gaps in the response\, and the design\, implem
 entation and results of the socio-technical tools methods used by the proj
 ect partners. It will involve a practical demonstration of the tools devel
 oped and critically appraise learnings for approaches to communications in
