DESCRIPTION:The SEO London Internship Programme provides outstanding penul
 timate year\nundergraduates from ethnic minority groups under-represented 
 in the City\,\nspecifically those from Black and Asian backgrounds\, the u
 nparalleled\nopportunity to gain summer internships at the most prestigiou
 s investment\nbanks in the UK financial services sector. SEO provides stud
 ents with\nextensive training\, mentoring and networking opportunities\, l
 inking\nstudents not only to firms they work for\, but to opportunities an
 d\nexperienced professionals throughout the industry. 80% of SEO interns g
 o on\nto secure a full-time graduate role by the end of their internships.
  In\nsummer 2008\, over 200 SEO interns worked in Technology\, Banking and
  Law.\nThrough this summer experience\, and through on-going Alumni activi
