 ly Detection\, we are delighted to welcome Dr Bo Li from UT Southwestern M
 edical Center who will speak on Antigen independent de novo prediction of

 Li received his bachelor’s degree in physics from Peking University\, Ch
 ina (2009)\, and developed a fascination with complex\, yet highly organiz
 ed biological systems. He then pursued a PhD degree in Bioinformatics at t
 he University of Michigan\, Ann Arbor\, under the supervision of Dr. Jun L
 i. He joined the Dr. Xiaole Shirley Liu lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institut
 e for a postdoctoral fellowship\, where he was jointly supervised by Drs. 
 Shirley Liu and Jun S. Liu at Harvard Department of Statistics. Li’s res
 earch interests are in developing novel bioinformatics methods for investi
 gating high-throughput genomics data to understand disease etiology and bi
 ological processes\, with a particular interest in cancer. In 2017\, Li jo
 ined UT Southwestern Medical Center to continue his research in cancer gen
 omics and computational cancer immunology.\n\n
