DESCRIPTION:I will review the (numerical) S-matrix Bootstrap approach to s
 cattering amplitudes. In particular\, I will explain how this approach can
  be used to bound the space of Wilson coefficients in Effective Field Theo
 ries (EFT). I will discuss two notable examples: the chiral lagrangian and
  supergravity. Remarkably\, strongly coupled string theory seems to satura
 te the bounds imposed by Lorentz invariance\, unitarity and causality.
