DESCRIPTION:Dr Isabella Miele is a Senior Engineer at Cambridge Consultant
 s working in the Electronics Group of the Medical Technology Division. A S
 ensor CDT alumna\, Isabella holds a PhD in Engineering from the University
  of Cambridge for her work on acoustic sensing using functionalised microb
 ubbles\, a MRes in Sensor Technology from the University of Cambridge\, a 
 MSc and a BSc in Medical Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Verga
 ta. Her interests range from microbubbles and ultrasound to sensors in hea
 lthcare and biomedical applications\, down to electronics sensor front-end
  design in medical devices. At Cambridge Consultants she is part of a glob
 al team of engineers\, working on and leading pioneering medical device de
 velopment projects in a range of fields including connected medical equipm
 ent\, diagnostic devices\, implantable and wearable devices.
