DESCRIPTION:Arm has been working with the Computer Labs on the CHERI archi
 tecture for the past 6-7 years and we are partners in the UKRI funded Digi
 tal Security by Design program which is a major program to generate an ind
 ustrial scale demonstrator system using capabilities as part of the steps 
 for the deployment of this architecture. This industrial demonstrator is c
 alled Morello\, and this talk will give a brief overview of the principles
  of the capability architecture and its potential uses\, but will focus on
  the challenges in actually taking such a technology to an industrial depl
 oyment \, and why the Morello project was a necessary step to deploy the t
 echnology\, together with talking about the contents of the Morello demons
