DESCRIPTION:Join us for the second conversation in our ‘Seniors’ Spotl
 ight’ series which aims to uncover what our senior members feel passiona
 te about – intellectually\, professionally or philanthropically. \nIn a 
 highly topical conversation\, senior members Ajith Parlikad and Nyarie Sit
 holde share insights into the vital work they are doing to improve patient
  outcomes at Addenbrookes Hospital. Ajith (Dept. of Engineering) has been 
 working on patient flow modelling to help predict and manage demand for ho
 spital resources. Nyarie’s work on the COVID wards as an Infectious Dise
 ases and Acute Medicine Consultant has focussed on improving patient outco
 mes\, including predicting those patients likely to require support in ICU
 . Both are passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes at 
 Addenbrookes.\nJoin them ‘in conversation’ as they explain more about 
 the critical challenges they are working to address. \nThis event is open 
 to non college members.\n\n\n
