DESCRIPTION:The Centre for the Study of Global Human Movement is proud to 
 launch a new lecture series named after Lord Dubs\, a tireless campaigner 
 for refugee rights\, and famous for the Dubs Amendment to allow unaccompan
 ied and separated refugee children in Europe to be reunited with family me
 mbers in the UK. He  will speak on "Migration and Refugees: The hostile e
 nvironment."\n\nHe will be joined by renowned advocate and author of 'Chil
 dren without a State'\, Jacqueline Bhabha\, Professor of the Practice of H
 ealth and Human Rights\, at Harvard University. She will be speaking on "A
  Better Future: safe and legal child migration across the globe."\n\nThe s
 eries is being introduced by Professor Stephen J Toope\, Vice-Chancellor o
 f the University of Cambridge. \n
