DESCRIPTION:Dr. Pichhadze will be identifying and explaining the necessary
  role of an intra-disciplinary approach to taxation research and analysis.
  It will be explained that a tax rule can be applied to a transaction only
  after the transaction has been correctly delineated. He also identifies t
 he risk that\, in practice\, contractual terms may not be correctly deline
 ated and analysed by tax jurists and courts\, and it is therefore necessar
 y to alert them to the need for an intra-disciplinary analysis. An incorre
 ct analysis could result in making an error of law.\n\nAmir is currently p
 ursuing the MSc in Education (HE) at the University of Oxford. He holds SJ
 D and LLM (International Tax) degrees from the University of Michigan\, as
  well as LLM (Taxation) and LLB degrees from the LSE. He has been a fullti
 me and guest lecturer at numerous universities around the world. His resea
 rch was presented in conferences worldwide\, as well as published and cite
 d in journals\, books and newspapers. He is also a visual artist. \n
