 lso considering its recent internal developments and especially the role o

 torian with a wide range of research interests\, in particular Russia\, Uk
 raine and Crimea. He is currently an associate at the Scott Polar Research
  Institute\, University of Cambridge and was Associate Professor at the É
 cole Spéciale Militaire de St-Cyr (France) in 2018-2020. Neil worked for 
 ten years as a Professor of European History and Culture at St Petersburg 
 State Academic Institute of Art\, Sculpture and Architecture (The Russian 
 Academy of Art).\n\nNeil is an Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Intellige
 nce and Cyber Security\, Academica Press\, Washington D.C.\, since 2018. H
 e is also a Senior Treasurer at Cambridge University Scandinavian\, Russia
 n and Austrian Societies.\n\nNeil Kent has published a number of books\, i
 ncluding St Petersburg (Innercities)\, Signal Books (Oxford)\, 2017\, Crim
 ea: A History\, Hurst & Co (London)\; Oxford University Press (New York)\,
  2016. A Concise History of the Russian Orthodox Church\, Academica Press 
 (Washington D.C. and London)\, to be released early in 2021.\n\nNeil fluen
