He is currently an associate at the Scott Polar Research Institute\, University of Cambridge and was Associate Professor at the É cole Spéciale Militaire de St-Cyr (France) in 2018-2020. Neil worked for ten years as a Professor of European History and Culture at St Petersburg State Academic Institute of Art\, Sculpture and Architecture (The Russian Academy of Art).\n\nNeil is an Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Intellige nce and Cyber Security\, Academica Press\, Washington D.C.\, since 2018. H e is also a Senior Treasurer at Cambridge University Scandinavian\, Russia n and Austrian Societies.\n\nNeil Kent has published a number of books\, i ncluding St Petersburg (Innercities)\, Signal Books (Oxford)\, 2017\, Crim ea: A History\, Hurst & Co (London)\; Oxford University Press (New York)\, 2016.
