 t interactions between hazards\, particularly those which unfold over very
  different timescales\, present unique challenges for disaster management.
  This seminar will investigate how we can prepare for sudden hazards\, suc
 h as earthquakes\, flooding or volcanic eruptions\, in the context of  lon
 ger term disasters\, such as climate change and the ongoing Covid-19 pande
 mic.
