DESCRIPTION:Nuclear physicist Joseph Rotblat was branded a traitor and spy
  after walking away from the Manhattan Project\, builders of the first ato
 mic bomb. But\, with Bertrand Russell\, he went on to help create the mode
 rn\npeace movement\, and eventually to win the Nobel Peace Prize. 'The Str
 angest Dream' tells the story of Joseph Rotblat\, the history of nuclear w
 eapons and the efforts of the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Aff
 airs – which he co-founded – to halt nuclear proliferation.\n\nWe will
  be showing the film along with an introduction by cast member and senior 
 scientist and Pugwash UK vice-chair Professor Robert Hinde.
