 link to participate.\n\nAbout the Speaker\nProfessor Lorincz’s research 
 focuses on human diagnostics and the natural history of human papillomavir
 us (HPV) infections. He invented and disseminated the Hybrid Capture (HC) 
 series of HPV tests. In this talk he will give a personal account of the b
 arriers\, challenges\, technological and commercial breakthroughs that wer
 e navigated in the lengthy pathway to adoption of a novel diagnostic test 
 for cervical cancer screening. He will also cover recent developments towa
