DESCRIPTION:Kayisha Payne is joining us for a lunch time talk to share her
  experiences thus far from studying Chemical Engineering\, working in indu
 stry and now working as a Management Consultant.\n\nBio: "Kayisha Payne be
 gan her Higher Education journey at Aston University where she read Chemic
 al Engineering. She continued her education at Imperial College London\, w
 here she received a Masters’ in Advanced Chemical Engineering. During Ka
 yisha’s time in industry\, she has amassed experience in the Cosmetic In
 dustry (COTY) as a Process Engineer\, playing a key lead in bringing a ver
 y popular product to market. She also has Project Management experience wo
 rking within the Pharmaceutical and Technology team at Mace and most recen
 tly was a Biopharmaceutical Process Development Scientist at AstraZeneca. 
 Currently she is a Healthcare & Life Sciences Consultant and the founder o
 f a non-profit organisation named BBSTEM. In 2018 she was recognised by th
 e Financial Times as one of The Top 100 Most Influential BAME leaders in D
 iversity and Tech. In 2019 she was awarded the STEM Rising Star Award at T
 he Black British Business Awards."\n
