DESCRIPTION:Now more than ever\, there is a need for compassion in the wor
 kplace. But what do we mean by a ‘compassionate workplace’\, and what 
 are the benefits of being more compassionate – towards ourselves and oth
 ers?\n\nIn this session\, Jonathan Taylor\, an Occupational Psychologist f
 rom Pearn Kandola\, will explore compassion at work\, and discuss what we 
 currently know about the benefits of practicing self-compassion and of com
 passion towards others. We will also introduce the role of the ‘compassi
 onate leader’ in the months ahead\, and share some practical ideas that
