  the series.\n\nMartina Peskoller-Fuchs holds a Master of Law Degree from 
 the University of Innsbruck\, Austria. She worked in the legal and interna
 tional environment for over a decade. After spending considerable time in 
 war-torn regions and dealing with large-scale crimes while working for the
  International Criminal Court\, she developed an interest in conflict prev
 ention and alternative dispute resolution. \n\nShe is a trained and certif
 ied mediator\, and worked as the ombudsperson for the European Molecular B
 iology Laboratory (EMBL).  She is trained with extensive experience in coa
 ching\, NLP\, communication and conflict resolution and meaning-centered p
 sychotherapy by Viktor Frankl.\n
