DESCRIPTION:Recent years have witnessed the rise of short video applicatio
 ns. In China\, only one short video company tiktok has more than 700 milli
 on monthly active users\, each of whom is a video producer and uploader. T
 his poses new challenges to network management. How to accurately cache ho
 t items on edge servers with limited capacity? How to use data from differ
 ent networks when they are unwilling to disclose their data? How to make s
 uch a complex federated network algorithm lightweight? In this talk\, I wi
 ll briefly introduce our work in these three aspects.
