 cise has been at the forefront of the national debate over the last 18 mon
 ths. In their new book\, All to Play For: How Sport Can Reboot Our Future\
 , Fitzwilliam alumni Matt Rogan and Kerry Potter have taken a broad look a
 t the role exercise can play as a force for good in our challenged society
 .\nIn converation with fellow alumni\, Dr Thomas Tanner (Director of the C
 entre for Development\, Environment and Policy at SOAS University of Londo
 n) and BBC Sports Editor Dan Roan\, this session will look to join the dot
 s between a wide topic from the front pages to the back - from healthcare

 such as The Sunday Telegraph\, The Times\, The Mail on Sunday\, Marie Clai
 re\, Red\, Women's Health and many others. She also curates and presents e
 vents and is a content consultant for a number of lifestyle brands as well
  as literary festivals.\nDan Roan is the Sports Editor for BBC News. He co
 vers a wide range of sports stories for the BBC's various News and Sport p
 latforms on television\, radio and online with what he describes as a focu
 s on the news\, politics\, business\, legacy & law of sport. You can see a
 nd hear him very regularly on 1\,6 & 10 o'clock News\, Radio 4's Today pro
 gramme\, 5Live\, the BBC News Channel\, BBC World and many more. He also a
 ppears regularly on The Sports Desk\, BBC Sport’s newest podcast investi
 gating in detail the biggest sports news stories and human issues behind t
 hem. Dan’s interviewed a who’s who of global sporting names including 
 Tiger Woods\, Lance Armstrong\, Christiano Ronaldo\, Bernie Ecclestone and
  Sepp Blatter.\nDr Tom Tanner is a development geographer with a backgroun
 d in environmental change\, development studies\, environmental economics 
 and political science. He specialises in building resilience and adaptatio
 n to climate change through research\, policy and practice. He has extensi
 ve research experience leading research partnership funded by ESRC\, DFID\
 , World Bank and the Rockefeller Foundation\, among others. Tom has author
 ed numerous research articles\, co-authored the leading textbook on Climat
 e Change and Development in 2014. His latest book 'Resilience Reset' is pu
 blished by Routledge in 2021.\nMatt Rogan is the co-founder with his wife 
 Claire (nee Edmondson\, Fitz 93-96) of Two Circles\, the fastest growing s
 ports agency in the UK over the last decade. Two Circles worked with the s
 ix biggest sports events in the world. Matt is now a non-executive directo
 r of the English Institute of Sport\, delivering technology and sport scie
 nce to Britain's Olympic and Paralympic teams and presents a sports busine
 ss podcast for industry leading platform SportsPro. Matt teaches for sever
 al international Business Schools\, has been published by Harvard Business
  Review and was the co-author with his Dad Martin of Britain and the Olymp
