DESCRIPTION:In this talk a method for calculating leading edge noise is pr
esented. The leading edge problem is modelled as the interaction of a gust
with a semi infinite impedance plate\, the solution of which we calculate
using the Wiener-Hopf technique using matrix factorization developed by H
urd (1976).\nThen\, to model the energy spectrum\, we present an anisotrop
ic modified generalized Von Karman spectrum that we approximate using Gaus
sian filter kernels of different weighted lengthscales.
