DESCRIPTION:Does inflation have to happen all in one go? The answer is a r
 esounding no! All cosmological problems can be solved by a sequence of sho
 rt bursts of cosmic acceleration\, interrupted by short epochs of decelera
 ted expansion. I will explain this simple and yet largely unexplored possi
 bility\, show you the proof\, outline some simple realizations and discuss
  the consequences and implications\, especially in light of the recent BIC
 EP/Keck results and expected future searches.
