 nergy transition\, especially the decarbonisation of heat. I will discuss 
 heat loads of houses\, and also of colleges in Cambridge\, and outline som
 e possible solutions for their decarbonisation\, and the relative merits o
 f different approaches. I will also touch on the environmental challenges 
 of large scale extraction of metals for batteries\, and on the challenges 
 of decarbonisation for industry where carbon sequestration offers a soluti
 on for some hard to decarbonise processes."
