enth-century peace movements and the catastrophic impact of the First Worl
d War were unfolding when 'Abdu'l-Bahá was actively engaged in promoting

Maryland\, College Park since 2012. She studies systemic racism and root
causes of prejudice\, equality of women as a prerequisite to peace\, human
