DESCRIPTION:We have developed a suite of immunoassays capable of detecting
  SARS-CoV-2 specific antibodies in saliva and serum. In this talk\, I will
  present an overview of the development and evaluation of these assays\, d
 iscuss the theoretical consequences of mucosal vs systemic immune response
 s and give examples of their applications in epidemiological studies of na
 tural infection and vaccination.
