DESCRIPTION:In recent years\, numerous tensions with Standard Model predic
tions have been seen in measurements of b->sll decays\, most notably in th
e "lepton flavour universality ratio" measurements at LHCb. These tensions
form a coherent pattern\, which could suggest a new physical effect. In t
his talk\, I will give an overview of this area\, focussing on the most re
cent lepton flavour universality measurements at LHCb (see arXiv:2110.0950
1). I will discuss how these measurements are carried out\, how they can i
nform models of new physics\, and what the future might hold.
