DESCRIPTION:Cancer is an evolutionary process. Using computational modelli
 ng\, we can identify evolutionary trajectories within individual tumours a
 nd within cancer types. By taking a pan-cancer approach\, major difference
 s in the evolutionary journeys of cancers arising in different tissues are
  observed. In his talk\, David will focus on the mutational processes and 
 genomic drivers that lead to progression from normal cells through primary
  tumours and\, ultimately\, to lethal metastatic cancer\, in tumour types
