 iative by BCS and womenintechnology.co.uk\, W-Tech 2009 is a key step in c
 hanging the way the UK attracts\, retains and advances women in the IT pro
 fession. \n\nAt the launch we have set up a panel to make a call to action
  to help stem the dramatic fall in the levels of women participating in IT
 . By coming along you will be able to contribute to the debate and shape t
 he BCS strategy on women in IT.\n\nYou will also be able to meet and conne
 ct with over 500 technical women who have already registered to attend W-T
