DESCRIPTION:We study a Neumann problem for the fractional Laplacian. We st
 art with some basic properties\, such as its variational formulation\, pro
 babilistic interpretation\, existence of solutions\, and then turn our att
 ention to their regularity. We will present our main new boundary regulari
 ty result\, and list some questions that remain open. This is a joint work
  with A. Audrito and J.C. Felipe-Navarro.
