 tract: In the high-energy limit\, the convergence of conventional perturba
 tion theory is spoiled by large logarithms in s/|t| which can lead to subs
 tantial variations in the predictions for processes at the LHC. The High E
 nergy Jets (HEJ) Monte Carlo event generator provides a flexible way to ob
 tain greatly improved predictions for a number of phenomenologically impor
 tant processes by resumming these logarithmic contributions to all orders 
 in alpha_s. We present recent results obtained in this approach\, in parti
 cular focusing on W-boson and same-sign W-pair production in association w
 ith jets at the LHC. We also discuss progress on extending this formalism 
 beyond leading logarithmic accuracy.
