DESCRIPTION:Due to the null-results at the LHC in the search for supersymm
 etry (SUSY)\, there is a growing belief that the concept of SUSY is just a
 nother failed theory. In this talk\, we will examine where this belief com
 es from. We will take a careful look at the fine-tuning problem\, and see 
 that the story is a lot more nuanced than often suggested. If time allows\
 , we will also discuss the dark side of SUSY.
