DESCRIPTION:In this talk we will discuss the definition of conserved quant
ities in asymptotically locally de Sitter spacetimes. One may define an an
alogue of holographic charges both at future and past infinity and at othe
r Cauchy surfaces\, as integrals over the intersection of timelike surface
s C and these Cauchy surfaces. In general these charges depend on the choi
ce of timelike surface C but if gravitational flux is absent the charges a
re conserved quantities\, independent of the choice of timelike surface. I
f there is net gravitational flux entering or leaving the spacetime region
bounded by two timelike surfaces and two Cauchy surfaces\, this may be ch
aracterised in terms of a corresponding change in charge. We illustrate th
ese discussions using examples such as Kerr de Sitter black holes and Kerr
  Robinson-Trautmann solutions. \n
