DESCRIPTION:Publicly available data on Covid-19 are analyzed using Excel w
 orkbooks\, to give estimates for Case Fatality Rates\, including the impac
 ts of vaccination and variants.&nbsp\; A simple method is presented to pro
 vide R-value and growth rate estimates which are in fair agreement with of
 ficial numbers\, provided that the latter are understood to be more than t
 wo weeks out of date.&nbsp\; The analysis of cases during the period of th
 e EURO2020 championships illustrates a potentially interesting test-bed fo
 r spread of infection among sub-populations. Much of this work has develop
 ed in collaboration with Graeme Ackland.
