DESCRIPTION:We discuss a couple of 'in silico' experiments discussing 'har
 d-wired' policies to force and control turbulent fluctuations using Lagran
 gian&nbsp\;protocols&nbsp\;for the case of Homogeneous and Isotropic Turbu
 lence in 3d (by acting on strong vorticity events&nbsp\;[1]) and 2d Raylei
 gh Benard convection (by acting on the heat injection&nbsp\;[2]).&nbsp\;Po
 tential applications towards active smart control of turbulence are also d
